Positions at SNUNFC
We are looking for motivated postdoctoral researchers, graduate students (Both M.S. and Ph.D. level), and undergraduate interns who want to study the Nuclear Fuel Cycle including, Small Modular Reactors, used nuclear fuel management, nonproliferation and nuclear security, data-driven smart sensing & modelling, decommissioning, and waste management. Our interdisciplinary research areas welcome students and researchers from nuclear engineering, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, environmental engineering, energy engineering, and other science and engineering disciplines, as well as those touching on areas of humanities such as policy.
Where possible we will try and assist/support applications from people wishing to join SNUNFC via a scholarship or fellowship. There are a number of sources of funding for such positions, some of which are given below:

Korea Brain Pool Fellowship Program
BP Candidate Eligibility: Ph.D. holders (Korean & non-Korean nationals alike) who are living overseas(outside of Korea) as of the submission date.
Research Period: Type 1: short-term research, 6-12 months; Type 2: long-term research, Max. 3 years*

Candidate Eligibility: Researchers with high growth potential among those who have acquired a doctoral degree within two years or those expected to obtain a doctoral degree before the application deadline.
Research Period: Up to 3 years*
